Agnes PatriciaSMITHPeacefully at Newton Care Home on 23rd August 2023 aged 81 years. Cherished Mum, Mother-in-law and Grandmother. Pat will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service on Monday 11th September 2023 in Coychurch Crematorium at 2:15pm. Donations in lieu of flowers may be sent direct to Alzheimer's Society, Suite 2, 1st Floor East Wing, Plumer House, Tailyour Road, Plymouth, PL6 5DH.
